• Hours invest(ed) to prepare for this workshop: 80 (minimum)

  • Website, art, marketing

  • Emails, conversations and answering inquiries

  • Studying and preparing materials

  • Putting together the curriculum 

• Hours invest(ed) in actual workshop: 12 

• Hours invested in 1 on 1's: 4-6

• Whatever income arrives, will be divided by a minimum output of 92 hours of work. 

• Please consider what somatic therapists, massage therapists, coaches, mentors etc. charge per hour for one on one work and trust that I will be compensated for my time with a group in the way my skills deserve to be compensated. I do.
